Version 4.0 introduces a brand new user interface that makes using epriser fast and simple. The new toolbar at the top of the epriser window, contains all the primary controls for opening price books and searching for content in a price book.

The introduction of the new toolbar, provides more space for the document viewer. This dramatically cuts down on the amount of scrolling necessary to view the contents of the price book page.

Users can select price books that are either locally installed on the user's machine or are hosted by a another machine somewhere on the network. Sharing networked price books is made possible by running the new free epriser Server software on network host machines. The epriser Server sofware manages user logins, price book content requests, and price updates.

Once the user has specified a machine where their price books are located, the user can quickly switch between all the price books installed in the selected location. Again, the location where the price books are installed can be on the user's machine or anywhere on the network.

All the different ways of searching for price book content has been combined into one easy-to-access location on the epriser toolbar.

Search for a keyword anywhere in the price book by clicking on the Keyword toolbar button and then specify all or part of the word or phrase that you are looking for.

Once the search is completed, a list of sorted page titles, the section titles that the pages appear in, and the page numbers drop down into view.

Select a page number.

The page that you selected appears in the document viewer with all the words used in your search highlighted in red so that you can quickly locate matches on the page.

Goto a specific page number.

Once the user has opened a price book and has selected a page, all the pages within the section are available for browsing using the page navigation control.

Quickly review a list of pages in the section. Select a page to goto that page in the document viewer.

Get a list of recently viewed pages.

Print any page.

Multiple pages can be shown in the document viewer.

The document viewer's resolution can be adjusted to zoom into or out of a page.

epriser archives update price book pages for you as they are replaced. This allows the user to retrieve out-of-date pricing for comparison purposes or to validate invoices.

The user can locate any archived mailing.

And view or print any archived page in a mailing.

The user can also list the different archived versions of a specific page and see how the pricing has changed over time.
