Familiar Page Format
epriser's documents look just like your Allpriser price book pages. Pages can be
displayed one at a time or two at a time. Each page can be resized to accomodate
multiple screen resolutions. Having trouble seeing the pricing on a page? No problem,
zoom into any document to make the content crystal clear.
Organized Like the Allpriser Book
If you are familiar with the Allpriser book, you will have no trouble using epriser.
Pages are grouped into product sections just like the Allpriser. When you select
a product section, all the product groupings found within the selected section are
listed below the section name. When you click on a product group, all the pages
that belong to that product group are loaded into the document viewer.
And, just like the book, you can select products using a product group index. Select
an index letter (A-Z) and see all the product groups found within the selected index
key. When you click on a product group, all the pages that belong to that product
group are loaded into the document viewer.
Search by Page Number
As you would expect with any document viewing software, you can search for a single
page using epriser and load that page into the document viewer.
Search by Description or Model Number
Locate a product by keyword. The keyword can be located in a product description
or model number, or anywhere else on the page. Select an item from the list of product
matches in the document viewer and see that item highlighted in the loaded page.
Print Pages
Not only can you print the current effective page, you can also view or print out-of-date
pages. Whenever a price update is run by epriser, the old pages are saved automatically
to a document archive. You can search for pages within this archive and view or
print any archived page.
Manage Mulitple Price Books
One copy of epriser can manage all your pricing subscriptions, allowing you to open
any pricing service from one instance of the epriser program.
Automatic Price Updates
You don't have to worry about doing price updates anymore or losing pages from your
book. All your pricing is automatically maintained through our pricing web service.
Whenever you need to lookup a price, epriser will make sure that that each page
is up-to-date and complete.
Run each update when you want to run it. Before running each update, the user sees
a list of pages that are in the update, with each page's revision comment indicating
what is changing on the page. When your're ready, run the update, or indicate that
you want to run the update at a later time when it's more convenient.
Shared Price Books
Each epriser price book subscription can be shared across a network or on a USB
key or other portable storage device. Each installed epriser Reader can host a shareable database connection
or the database can be run inside a Windows Service to provide access even when no one is
logged onto the host machine. The free epriser Service Manager software makes
it easy to manage all the Windows Services hosting your document content across all users
on the network.
